Postby Quack Krazy » Fri Sep 28, 2012 9:51 am

I know some of you diehards will be out there next week...I'm pretty certain I'm going to hunt on Wed, found a nice little spot holding a duck or two.....hmmm, I'll post up the GPS coordinates soon
Seriously, roll call - who's gonna hunt the 1st split? Ya'll ready as I am??

I haven't hunted the 1st split in 15 years, but I have a 6 month old Boykin that has been telling me its time to fetch some birds, so I'm super excited about the upcoming season.

Probably been to busy colloaborating /Mike Marsh on the next "best places to hunt ducks, complete w/gps coordinates".
For the record, I have nothing against Brunswick, but I CAN'T STAND the NC Sportsman articles w/locations including gps coordinates, & that goes for hunting & fishing. If you have a good spot to hunt & fish in NC, MM is the last person you should get in bed with...my 2 cents.

Naw, but he got his little feelings hurt and pretty much banned himself. His account is still active, but it was Feb. when he was last on, I think.

He put town creek on the map pretty good last year with that article. My brother and old roommate still live down in Brunswick county and they said everyone was running to town creek when they picked up that issue. Haha, I cant believe he had it in him to draw it all out in that article and then bring it to the forum like he did. I thought it was a joke at first.

Woodies? We dont shoot those where I'm from fellers-takes big birds outta the limit. I'll wait for a cool breeze before I go.
