BBQ Joint - Chapel Hill NC

Postby uncduckman » Thu Mar 04, 2010 4:19 pm

The BBQ joint is often accused of serving yuppicue by BBQ snobs like myself. Something about Microbrew and BBQ just don' jive.
The truth is its not bad q. (its not great either) Their q is not pit cooked leaving it a tad bland. Your Q comes with a eastern NC slaw, sweet pickles and cornbread.

Trying to eat better 8) I got the BBQ chicken today and it was fantastic. I am looking forward to going back sometime for dinner and trying the spareribs.

If you have a real hankering for BBQ keep on getting down to Allen and Son's but if you are in a pinch stop in at the BBQ joint.
The owners are good people.
