I asked a guy that lives down that way and he said Mi Cabana in Jacksonville serves it. He said they have one in Greenville as well.

lengua is the Mexican word for it. Its the reason I tend to eat chicken at the Mexican places as the beef in the tacos and burritos may be lengua.
